How to Request a Pass Online

Museum Adventure Pass
Museum Adventure Pass provides free admission or a special discount from participating Chicago area cultural destinations. Admission offers vary by venue. Passes are available daily to Mount Prospect Public Library cardholders cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to one pass per household during each loan period. The loan period is seven days and will expire after the date printed on the pass.

- Click ONLINE Pass Request and submit your name, library card number, and email address.
- The pass will be approved and sent to your email address during library hours.
