Don’t be stopped by firewalls! You can now get access to the websites of the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal with your library card. Both these sites require registration, but access lasts for a few days.
You might also be interested in our subscription to The New York Times, which we have had for a number of years – it’s one of our most popular resources!

Hobbies & Crafts Reference Center: This article database contains detailed “how-to” instructions and creative ideas to meet the interests of hobby enthusiasts, with full text from leading hobby and craft magazines. For more ideas, another resource we have for crafts is a video tutorial site called Creativebug.
Home Improvement Reference Center: This database provides do-it-yourselfers with detailed, user-friendly “how-to” information covering a variety of home improvement and repair projects.
Small Engine Repair Reference Center: The database includes information on more than 25 years of engine models and the full collection of Clymer repair manuals, with new and updated content added regularly. PDF full text is available for all documents.
