Teacher & Homeschool Book Bag Request Form
The Teacher Book Bag Service allows teachers from Mount Prospect schools, preschools, childcare providers, community service teachers, and homeschool educators to enhance their curricula with materials from the library.
- Please allow 3-5 full school days to prepare a bag
- 20-25 items per book bag
- 3-week checkout, up to 3 automatic renewals
Need Multiple Copies of the Same Book?
If you need multiple copies of the same book as a classroom set, we can now fulfill these requests through the CCS Consortium! Please submit the Book Bag Request form below and allow at least 10 full school days to fulfill these requests.
Only Need Specific Titles?
If you are only looking for specific titles or items and do not need our librarians to curate selections, you can request these via your online account by searching for the item(s) and placing a hold.
The Mount Prospect Public Library has resources and staff to support all educators. We can provide materials, story times, classroom presentations, and more.
