Join us as we host an 18-hole miniature golf course fundraiser at the Library for a day of family fun. This unique adventure will have golfers of all ages putting throughout the Library, between the stacks, through the reading areas, and down the stairs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019. There will also be a 19th Hole entertainment area for players with refreshments, entertainment, games, and a raffle for fun prizes. The fee to play is $5 per person or $20 for a family of 4 or more.
The Foundation thanks all the organizations that have agreed to support the event with a sponsorship. Click here for more information to secure your spot as a sponsor.
This event is a fundraiser for the Mount Prospect Public Library Foundation (MPPLF). The MPPLF provides funding to the Library for special programs and projects that are otherwise unattainable with tax dollars.
Thanks to your generous support the MPPL Foundation proudly sponsors a wide array of cultural and educational programs each year. Our free-of-charge programs reach children, teens, and adults and strive to entertain, educate, and enlighten. Recycle your used electronics! It’s easy thanks to an ongoing program with Recycling Fundraiser and the MPPL Foundation.
Bring any of the following items to the Library and drop them in the bright pink collection bin near the Registration Desk:
- Cell phones – no chargers or accessories
- Ink-jet cartridges – small enough to fit in the palm of your hand (no toner)
- Apple iPads and Tablets
- Apple iPods
Since 2007, monies earned from Recycling Fundraiser have helped to support the Foundation in its ongoing mission of funding special events and other services at the Library.
