Test proctoring is limited to Mount Prospect residents. Appointments for proctoring may be made by filling out the form below, or calling the Research Services desk at 847-253-5675.

Requests must be made at least one week before the desired exam date. Once a request has been approved, Library staff will schedule an appointment and provide further instruction.
