Check out this video highlighting Mike Mullin’s visit. It was an amazing night where the author shared his wealth of knowledge on writing, supervolcanos and taekwondo. Plus there were plenty of laughs to go around.
Hey, where can you hear about supervolcanos, determination, meeting life goals, writing and then watch someone break a concrete brick? You can do this all Tuesday, November 4 at 7 PM when Mike Mullin visits the Library. The author will discuss his books along with sharing tons of exiting information (yes, he will break a brick).
The first book in Mike’s series, Ashfall, imagines what would happen if the world was plunged into a cataclysmic natural disaster after a supervolcano eruption. The story is a high intensity adventure that follows Alex as he treks 140, perilous miles to find his family.
The program is open to teens and adults. Registration is not required, but if you want to make sure you have a seat please register here. Mike will be available to answer questions and sign books after the presentation. Don’t worry if you don’t own one of Mike’s books because Barbara’s Bookstore will be there selling copies.
