Apparently, now there are now two different Snow White movies being released in 2012Previously, I posted about an anticipated adaptation of the Snow White fairy tale by Universal that has Kristin Stewart has signed on to play Snow White.  Entitled Snow White and the Huntsmen, it also has Charlize Theron signed on as the evil queen.  In this adaptation Snow White will be trained to fight off the evil queen by the Huntsmen.  Could it be a darker take on the fairy tale?  Recently, it was announced that Lily Collins has signed on to play Snow White for an adaptation of the fairy tale by Relativity Media that already has Julia Roberts as the evil queen.  Not much is known about what direction this adaptation will take.  So who will be the better Snow White?  Can’t wait until 2012?  Check out this book from the Library: Snow: A Retelling of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves by Tracy Lynn.
