Village staff and elected officials would appreciate your thoughts on what they should include in the 2019 Strategic Plan. They have provided an open-response online survey which is open now through January 6, 2019 and can be found here:  Click here to view and complete the survey.

Don’t know what is included in a Strategic Plan? Each year since 2015, Village staff and Village Board work together to complete a Strategic Plan. This document helps identify top and high priority projects which will be the focus for various departments in the following year. Both immediate and longer-term items (5, 15 years into the future) are addressed in the Strategic Plan, which also includes overall Vision, Goals, and Action Items.
