Processor – Collection and Bibliographic Services Department

Part-time position 15 hours a week. The Processor is responsible for clerical tasks associated with the preparation of library materials for circulation e.g., processing and mending. Also includes all tasks associated with the deletion of materials from the database. It requires the ability to access, input and retrieve data from computer; ability to use typewriter, electronic label maker and keyboard. High school diploma required. Computer experience required. The flexible schedule requires at least four hours on Thursday and Friday and the remaining seven hours to be scheduled Monday – Friday (between 8 am and 5 pm). Pay is $12.26 per hour.

Page Supervisor – Collection and Bibliographic Services Department

Page Supervisor position is responsible for supervising the Page/Shelver staff and tracking productivity statistics. This position will also train, supervise, and schedule library volunteers. Position assists the Circulation Department with AV workroom duties and perform Circulation workroom duties as assigned. Requires excellent computer and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years of library experience.  Two years of supervisory experience is also required. The position offers $40,000 annual pay with health insurance, paid time off and retirement (IMRF) benefits. This full-time position will be required to work various evening and weekend shifts.
