Acquisitions Clerk – Collection and Bibliographic Services Department

Part-time position available. Major responsibilities include creating purchase orders, receiving materials, processing periodicals, and mail distribution. Requires ability to input, access and retrieve data from the computer; ability to perform light to medium work; ability to retrieve information and materials from print and non-print collections; skill with working as part of a team.  High school diploma required.  Keyboarding and computer experience required. General office experience desirable. Dynix/Horizon experience a plus. Required to pass a skills exercise on the alphabetical and numerical arrangement of library materials. $12.81 per hour.

Schedule (16 hours per week)
Monday thru Thursday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
