ILS Administrator – IT Services Department

Seeking to fill a full time position for ILS Administrator, reporting to the Director of IT Services. This position is responsible for managing the Library’s SirsiDynix-based Integrated Library System (ILS) and all systems that directly interface with the ILS, including the Enterprise catalog, BC Mobile, Web Services, and SIP. The ILS Administrator will maintain settings and parameters and implement system upgrades, and also coordinate report generation and use of BC Analytics. Individual will work closely with Circulation, Collection and Bibliographic Services, and Public Service leadership and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with managing an ILS is required – SQL experience a plus. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.

SALARY: $53,000 to $60,000 annual pay, commensurate with experience for applicants with SQL skills.

SCHEDULE: On-site schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm (with some flexibility in hours).
