Acquisitions Assistant – Collection and Bibliographic Services Department

This part-time position reports to the Acquisitions Supervisor, and performs tasks such as purchasing and receiving materials, entering on order records, creating purchase orders, data entry and searching, deliveries, filing and copying; entering and verifying invoices and submitting claims when needed. Responsible for specific acquisitions tasks, e.g., reference standing orders. Bachelor’s degree required. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position. Excel proficiency required. SirsiDynix Horizon experience a plus. Bilingual a plus. IMRF benefits. Pay $16.04 per hour

Schedule
Options are open : Monday – Friday between 8 a.m to 5 p.m. with a minimum of four-hour blocks of time to total 25 hours a week.

Computer Technician – IT Services Department

Part time position available. Duties include installation, maintenance and minor repair of all computers and their peripherals. Performs on-call computer help desk duties for staff and patrons. Requires thorough knowledge of Windows, standard office and Internet application software. Excellent communication skills, HS diploma required. College/technical training computer science highly desirable. $16.36 hourly pay.
