We’ll provide the space, the supplies, and instructional books for you to create whatever you’d like. Hand sewing, duct-tape creations, paper crafts, and more are all possible in this open creation space. Feel free to bring your own projects to work on, too. Laptops and mobile devices are welcome if that is your preferred method of creating. And of course snacks and drinks will be provided.

Join us for the Teen Knitting/Crocheting Club!

Are you an expert with knitting or crochet needles, just learning, or want to learn?  Then join us on Friday, November 14, from 4 – 6 p.m. for the monthly Teen Knitting/Crocheting Club meeting at the Library.  We have yarn, needles, and the know-how to teach the basics of knitting and crocheting. You can also bring your own supplies – and your friends – for an afternoon of sharing ideas and conversation. Refreshments will be served.

Horror birdsStop by the Library for our Open Creepy Creation Session on Sunday, October 26, and make something! We will provide the space, supplies, and instructional books for you to create something. This month we will have some creepy creations for you to make just in time for Halloween. Want to make an original costume? Bring your costume and use our supplies to finish it in time for Halloween. Laptops and mobile devices are welcome, if that is your preferred method of creating. As always, snacks and drinks will also be provided.

Join us tomorrow for Teen Open Creation: Recycled Crafts Edition!

04_18WEB_TZ_OC_RecycledJoin us tomorrow (Friday, April 18) for Teen Open Creation: Recycled Crafts Edition from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Library!

Stop by the Library and make something! In honor of Earth Day, this session focuses on recycling. We’ll provide supplies and instructional books for you to hack your toys, craft with paper, recycle a T-shirt, and upcycle everyday items. Feel free to bring your own projects to work on, too. As always, snacks and drinks will also be provided.

This teen program is part of our National Library Week celebration.  Join us for events celebrating National Library Week from Sunday, April 13 through Saturday, April 19. Learn how Lives Change @ Your Library!
