Celebrate Earth Day with the Friendship Park Conservatory

Join in the Earth Day celebration at the Friendship Park Conservatory on Saturday, April 12, from 1 to 3 p.m. Learn some recycling tips and how to go green at home, or tour the Friendship Park Conservatory greenhouse. There will also be hands on activities for children. Click here for more information about this event.

If you’re looking for a more hands on way to celebrate Earth Day, why not volunteer to help clean up local parks? You can work to clean up a park in your neighborhood or at another location. Please call the Friendship Park Conservatory at 847-298-3500 to register for this event (registration is required). For more information, check out the Clean Up The Parks event on the Friendship Conservatory website.
