The librarians of Mount Prospect and its Sister City, Sèvres, France, work cooperatively to create Book Crossing, an international, intergenerational reading program. The books selected for discussion include American authors and French authors translated into English. There are many ways to participate—with no need to speak French!
Book Crossing includes titles selected for children ages 7 and younger, 4th-6th graders, teens, and adults. Ask about Book Crossing at the Youth and Fiction/AV/Teen service desks.
